From the very first meeting, this is one of the most professional services I have experienced! John contacted me the very day I inquired via FB. He came to my home, took time to hear what I was hoping for and worked to accommodate my schedule which included visitors coming in two weeks so I was hoping for the clean windows. I also was able to request new screens that I needed and they cleaned the ones that are in place. Carter was the young man cleaning windows inside and out. He was incredibly professional. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. He is incredibly respectful and I would never question having him back! As a matter of fact, I will be signing up for a regular ShineTech service for maintenance of my windows.
